What is your cancellation/alteration policy?

Catering orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up time to receive a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them if requested within 24 hours.
